FVDES Online Software CD does not automatically start

Put the CD shiny side down, label side up into your DVD drive and close it.

Depending on how your XP is set up, the MY COMPUTER icon will either be on the desktop or under the Start Button.

or

If you have the left setup, double click on MY COMPUTER.

If you have the right setup, click on MY COMPUTER.

Double click on the drive that shows the FVDES Online! text.

That should autostart the autorun feature of the CD.

If NOT, you should get this instead:

Just double click on CD_START.EXE (you might not see the .EXE part if your system is not set up correctly)

If it still does not start, try the CD in a different PC to verify it is not defective.

If it does work in the other PC, something on your machine is really messed up. Please call your PC's manufacturer. (Make a backup of your data first!)
