FVDES Online Software CD does not automatically start

Put the CD shiny side down, label side up into your DVD drive and close it.

Two ways to do this:

a) Double click on the desktop icon COMPUTER

or

b) Click on the circular Windows Flag button (former START button) on the lower left of your screen, then click on COMPUTER

You will see this window:

Now double click on the DVD drive with the label FVDES ONLINE! and the CD menu should start.

If NOT, you will see this window:

Just double click on CD_START. Done.

If it still does not start, try the CD in a different PC to verify it is not defective.
