Assignment Documents - How to name them correctly

FVDES Teachers would like you to save your assignments in a specific form and send only properly renamed documents back to the them.

General form: Name, module, lesson and parts (where applicable)

Example: English 8, Module 1, Section 1

The file you download is named like this:

Student Tom Thumb would rename it to:

If you are able to, try to save the file as a PDF.

If you are using Word, if possible, please save your document in the old DOC format, not the new XML DOCX format.

If you are unsure which format to use and do not have any pictures in the document, use RTF (Rich Text Format). This is readable by almost any application.

If you are using the excellent and free OpenOffice 3 suite, just click on the PDF icon on your toolbar (or use: File > Export as PDF), and OpenOffice 3 will save the document as a PDF.
