No Voice Recording Icon

Follow these easy steps to add a Voice Recording button to your FirstClass window:

1. Click on NEW > NEW MESSAGE.
   
   
   
2. Right-Click (on a Mac: CONTROL + Click) the toolbar/buttonbar of your new message window and select CUSTOMIZE TOOLBARS.
   
   
   
3. Select EDIT from the Category selector.
   
   
   
   
4. Drag & Drop (press the left mouse button and hold, then while holding the button move the mouse) the INSERT VOICE button to your FirstClass buttonbar. In this example it will be dragged directly right of "New Mail". You will see a so-called "guide-bar", a thin, black, vertical line while dragging the button over the button bar. This guide-bar indicates where the button will be placed the moment you release the mouse button.
   
   
   
5. Done. Everytime you open a new mail window from now on, this button will be available.
   The controls are easy to understand. Just like on your VCR:
   
   • the red circle means RECORD
   • the red square means STOP
   • the black arrow pointing to the right is PLAY.
