The technical support department at FVDES provides assistance for student computer questions and difficulties. Our technicians are available to support FVDES students with many computer technical support issues:
- Questions and technical support issues related to the Apple Macintosh computers provided to students attending FVDES on a full time basis.
- Questions and technical support issues related to digital cameras, and other computer peripherals that have been provided to students by FVDES.
- Questions and technical support issues related to CoNNect software applications such as Elluminate/vClass and FirstClass on both the Macintosh and Windows platforms
